Minimum Qualifications Able to move furniture up to 120 lbs with reasonable accommodation Able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, pull, and lift objects up to 65 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Willing to work in a non air conditioned environment for a period of 8 hours or more Available to work overtime and weekends if necessary Open to cross-training across multiple departments to assist areas where help is needed Preferred Qualifications Attention to detail Solid knowledge in computer programs - Gsuite and other production-related software (WMS and Netsuite experience preferred) Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and under stringent deadlines regularly Experience in production, material handling, and warehouse fulfillment processes About the Job The Supply team at UPLIFT Desk is responsible for on-time delivery of quality product to the customer. Due to quickly expanding volume, we are in need of highly-motivated and goal-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Associates. Warehouse & Fulfillment Associates may be required to work in a variety of different areas supporting warehouse operations. What you’ll do: Picking customer orders from a pick sheet or using a headset with voice commands Loading and unloading conveyor line Building and taping boxes to ship products in Packing and shipping parcel and freight orders Shipping customer orders using PC-based software applications Receiving, barcoding, and stocking warehouse product Unloading trucks by hand, pallet jack and/or forklift Stretch wrapping and banding pallets Helping with general warehouse upkeep Assist other departments with different assignments WHY UPLIFT Desk?
