Hey, I am a tattoo artist ideally looking for another tattoo artist or any artist to share a private studio with. You should be able to afford a 400 to 600 per month portion of the rent. Ideally the space would be in Manhattan or the Bronx. But I am open to Brooklyn or queens if that it preferred.
