Ideal candidate would be a motivated, self-starter, and has high attention to detail and time-management skills, and effective communication skills. **Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred** Key Responsibilities -Lead and successfully manage crews to ensure all accounts are completed within guidelines, budgets, and work hours. -Establish and maintain relationships with clients, as well as provide timely and effective assistance to clients for any potential and existing problems. -Direct and coordinate staff for management of contracted projects, ensuring proper staffing while maintaining profitability -Ensure safety on every project by enforcing safety training as well as consistently monitor job sites for potential safety hazards -Keep record of purchases and turn in receipts to management daily Requirements -Minimum 2 year running a maintenance landscaping crew -Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. -Strong conflict resolution and critical-thinking skills. -Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. -A valid Driver's License -Full time availability -Self-motivated and driven to succeed Benefits -Weekly pay -Overtime opportunities during busy season -Full Medical Insurance -Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance.
