Edge Landscaping Inc. located in Wilmington, NC is seeking experienced Crew Members to join our team. We are a rapidly growing company and are expanding into the Jacksonville area. If you are looking for an opportunity to work without a commute to Wilmington, this is the job for you! The job site is in Holly Ridge, and you will report there. Requirements: -Must have at least 1 year experience in the landscape industry -Ability to use hand tools including but not limited to leaf rake, broom, hoe, shovel, water hose, pruners and shears -Ability to use basic landscape equipment including but not limited to hedge trimmers, string trimmers, lawn mower, and leaf blower -Ability to perform basic planting skills -Ability to load and unload truck and trailer -Adhere to company policies, standards and safety guidelines -Work with other employees as a team -Ability to use a walk-behind mowers properly and knowledge of best mowing practices for each turf type is a major plus -In order to maintain a positive work environment, no drug, alcohol abuse or background issues **Additional compensation available for valid NC driver’s license and clean driving record** Physical Requirements: -Must have full range of mobility including but not limited to standing, bending over, kneeling, squatting and walking for extended periods of time. -Must be able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment -Must be able to lift 50 lbs Benefits Include: -Weekly pay -Overtime opportunities during busy season -Full Medical Insurance -Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance.
