We are looking for a reliable Ranch House Caretaker Couple team to live-on and manage the upkeep of a home located on a privately owned Ranch in a small suburb twenty minutes outside of the downtown Dallas area. Duties include: • Clean and dust furniture, baseboards, windows, appliances, etc. • Carefully iron all linens such as bedsheets, pillowcases, etc. • Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. • Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners. • Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas • Assist in kitchen duties such as cooking, serving guests, and cleaning dishes • Replenish supplies in restrooms and kitchen • Upkeep of yard work including mowing, landscape, planting flowers, weeding, etc. • General repairs around and within the home. • Assisting with setup and teardown for events. • Always keep property at guest ready level throughout the year • Will assist in all areas of hospitality while working with the owner and/or other family members Requirements: • Physically fit to perform job duties, to include lift/carry, use of ladders and tools, etc. • Ability to maintain good relationships within the community, guests, as well as the owner • Experience living and working on a ranch • Ability to work autonomously
