DANVERS, MA — The CVS on Endicott Street in Danvers is among the 12 new coronavirus testing locations the pharmacy chain is opening in Massachusetts. Other test sites include stores in Brockton, Easton, Saugus, Yarmouth and several Boston locations. The new testing sites are scheduled to open on Friday. CVS has opened more than 2,000 test sites in 33 states, plus the District of Columbia, since March. Tests are available at no cost for those without health insurance. Testing is for those who meet state and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, but a doctor's referral is not needed. Those seeking a test much register for an appointment in advance.
