Need to tow a van one block

The previous resident at the house I'm living in abandoned their van in my yard. I simply need it towed to the street. It's been 6 months and this person has not attempted to retrieve it so they may not even be in town anymore. I just need it moved to the street. Please let me know if you can help! I live by Ross on the south hill. Thanks!
