Just moved to Ft. Collins. Up until a bit ago I was in a fairly well know alternative country/rock band in Denver for several years. Played just about everywhere. I was the front man, rhythm guitar player (acoustic & tele) and primary songwriter. But I’m completely willing to serve in a supporting harmony role. I’m 52, so looking for other older experienced musicians, 40s—50s. My main influences: Uncle Tupelo, Drive-by Truckers, Lucero, Chris Knight, 70s outlaw country, and pretty much all the great songwriters. I’m wide open to playing covers, but really like creating original music with like minded musicians. I’m a pretty laid back guy, so I’m good with hanging out and jamming, but I really like the live experience, and would like to work toward getting onstage again. Lastly, I’d prefer to connect with other veteran musicians: folks who aren’t strangers to the stage and the band experience. Hit me up even if you just want to gab about ideas.
