Our Location: Our Renton Distribution Center is located in the heart of the Ikea Commercial District where we have 200,000 square feet of state of the art production and inventory. We maximize our facility with three shifts of production, five days per week. We enjoy a culturally diverse workforce and promote team orientated solutions to delight our customers. Opportunities: Outbound Manifest Coordinator is responsible for accurately weighing packages and inputting applicable dim weights for international destination or air service packages, also correctly directing the flow of packages to their designated staging areas for carriers and/or future ship dates. Outbound Material Handler - Picker (CROSS Shift - 11am to 730pm M-F also available) is responsible for filling customer needs and delivering them to the pick conveyor or the manifesting area in a manner that meets Cutter & Buck standards for safety, security and productivity. The Material Handler – Picker is responsible for the completeness of all orders filled. Outbound Operator is responsible for using a forklift or other powered industrial trucks (PIT) to load, unload, move, stack, stage, put away, replenish and count product and materials. The Outbound Operator will use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put away and replenishment as required. The Outbound Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the equipment and may also be required to perform Order Filler/Picker duties as requested. Outbound Material Handler - Stocker is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the pick conveyor or the manifesting area in a manner that meets Cutter & Buck standards for safety, security and productivity. The Material Handler – Stocker is responsible for the completeness of all orders filled. Available Shifts - We offer a 8am to 430pm Day shift and a Cross Shift at 11am to 730pm. Opportunities for Overtime is regularly available for all positions in our Warehouse. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent program completion. Work experience may be considered in lieu of education. Have or have ability to become certified PIT operator for applicable positions. Must be flexible and a strong self-starter for this position. Experience working in a high demand position in a warehouse or distribution center. Experience with RF scanning equipment preferred. Experience with WMI system preferred. Work Environment: · Our Distribution Center does require the ability to work in sometimes in hot and cold indoor climate of the warehouse. · Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift. · Must be able to lift boxes up to at least 50 lbs. on an hourly basis.
