General outdoor property maintenance, 12-15 hours per week with some flexibility of when the hours are worked each week. Responsibilities include: mowing with a SKAG Zero turn mower, operating a 35 hp Kubota tractor, weed-eating, pruning of bushes and trees, leaf-blowing in the fall, etc. This job may include operating a chain saw.
