We have expansions underway to accommodate our steady growth even during this challenging time! You will be working on our custom and stock trailers and trailers built by other manufacturers. Our reputation for quality and service is strong, and we have customers driving in from as far as the Mid-West & Canada to have their trailers serviced by our team. For over 20 years, Pine Hill Trailers has served the needs of haulers through custom and stock trailer designs. We started by focusing on the shed hauling industry but have grown to provide trailer and truck bed solutions for many industries and consumers. Our Welder Will: • Weld stock and custom-designed trailers • Be part of a 2-person welder crew • Be part of the trailer assembly from start to finish • Review each trailer for quality craftsmanship upon completion • Work 40-50 hours depending on the workload. Most of those hours would be Monday through Friday between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm Our Ideal Welder: • Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do a great job. Consistently lay solid, quality, nice-looking welds. • Resourceful: Troubleshoot and solve complex custom fittings • Quality Focused: Understands the importance of paying attention to details so that our customers receive a high-quality, ruggedly built trailer that will serve them well. • Systematic: Able to follow processes to ensure consistent, high-quality products. No cutting corners. • Efficient: Take on a Lean Manufacturing mindset of continuous improvement and efficiency. • Dependable: Comes to work on time. Steady approach to work. Desire to contribute as part of a team.
