Need a mechanic to swap transmission

I have a 06 Buick terraza minivan. I am only assuming that it's the transmission. Everything in the vehicle was fine and then I heard a rattling under my feet for about a day or two then the rattling stopped and it started slipping out of gear... If this sounds like an easier fix or there's any optional things we can do first I'm all for it. I found a transmission that is already pulled and can have it here ready to go. I can clean out my garage and you can work on it in there with the heater on. It will start and I can get it in first gear and drive a little bit and then it'll pop out of gear and start revving up... I've been told that part of the engine may need to be taken out for Access since it is a front wheel drive. I am not looking for the cheapest guy, I am looking for someone who knows what they're doing, has the tools that they need to do it, and can get it done relatively quickly. Meaning I don't want to pull out the old transmission and then have to wait a week or two till you can come back and put the other one in. I hope that I've answered any questions but feel free to give me a text or call me otherwise just email me back with a quote is I have no idea if this is $100 job or a $2,000 job I'm just looking for some information and I'm looking to hire someone ASAP. Also please include if there may be additional costs or a base cost or "hey"if this is wrong it'll cost this much Extra. Also if we need to have other parts you're ready to go besides the transmission you can order them or whatever I just don't want to have a lot of surprises or a quote of $500 that ends up turning into a thousand...
