Established DC band looking to share practice space

We're a five-piece DC indie/punk band signed to Electric Cowbell Records. Together since 2015, we've played most of the venues in DC and the surrounding region. Unfortunately we lost our amazing practice space amid the COVID shutdowns and space closures. So now what? We're looking to join an existing practice space or start a new one with one or two other local bands. We have a PA, amps and other gear we're happy to share. Open to any and all setups (clubs, garages, basements, warehouses, dungeons etc.) in the DMV as long as it's more affordable than the sky-high hourly rates some places charge. If your band is already renting a space--we want to help you pay for it!
