Looking for a Nanny

We are looking for a nanny to take care of our son from 8am-5pm in our residence. We are not far from the junction of 495 and 66 (0.8 miles from the Vienna metro). He just turned 1 year old. He is sweet, energetic and very social. He already has a routine. He naps from 12pm-2:30pm every day. We would like someone that can keep him safe, feed him, play with him, read a book or two to him, etc. He's a sweet boy and understands Spanish and English quite well. We are preferably looking for a bilingual person, however fluent Spanish speaking with minor English is okay as well.
