This would work for many different types of applications from photography to therapy. The space is open enough to also do private Yoga instruction. There is room for you to set up an office area and you will have use of the kitchen & additional bathroom as well. I am looking for someone to rent the studio 2-3 full days a week, preferably the same days. $500/mo includes all utilities and fast Internet.
