Actually that is kinda true. Way back when LBJ was in office white men controlled the Democratic party.
They fought poverty by initiating welfare. One of the requirements for a family to get aid was no fathers in the home.
Many good black men left so their family could get help.
Without fathers to lead many young black men didn't understand how to work hard.
Now Blacks are the second largest community collecting welfare, second only to Natives.
So the situation of the Black community today can be traced back to LBJ.
They have liberals and democrats to thank for their situation.
Such a shame too because there are many smart Black men that will never reach their potential because they are given everything by the liberal elite and never have a chance to find what they can truly be with a little effort.
