We are a growing commercial cleaning company and are hiring for a team lead cleaner to clean a large building 5 nights per week, Monday through Friday. The cleaning takes approximately 2 hours per night. As a team leader, you are responsible for making sure all tasks are completed, that the team is at or under the hourly allocations, supplies are ordered, and all shifts are covered. It’s a great way to jump back into the workforce, or to make extra money above your day job. You can listen to music or podcasts while cleaning, and get PAID to do it! Better Business Cleaning will provide all the training and materials (cleaning supplies, PPE, rags, etc.) necessary to safely perform the job responsibilities. Requirements Must have commercial cleaning experience, team leadership is a bonus· Must be highly dependable with a strong customer service orientation. · Must be a quick learner with a strong work ethic. · Must be quality oriented with attention to detail. · Must be able to understand and follow instructions. · Ability to work independently and achieve work objectives with minimal immediate supervision. · Must have reliable transportation. · Must have a driver’s license. · Must be comfortable working and driving at night. · Must be able to legally work in the US / Pass e-Verify. · Must be able to pass a national criminal background check. · Must be able to pass a drug test. · Must be able to speak and understand English. · Must own a smartphone that allows you to be contacted reliably. · Must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs without risk of injury. Knowledge and Education · We hire for attitude, and will train you the proper way to clean offices · Prefer High School / GED
