Unity Farm has a position open for a seasonal, full time team member starting mid-May through end of September. 8- 9 hours/day, Monday - Friday. Main tasks include: harvesting and processing annual and perennial flowers, making market bouquets, field work and flower maintenance. Must have at least one solid year of flower farming experience and/or have worked for a florist for at least a year. We are a small team, fast paced and put out a lot of product! Candidates need to handle long days of repetitious work, be able to keep focused and efficiently get jobs done, work on a time schedule and handle deadlines and take pride in doing a high quality job. We're a small but mighty team and love sharing the beauty and joy of flowers in our community.
