JoCo Animal Control refuses to enforce State dog nuisance law

Josephine County Animal Control refuses to enforce Oregon State law of dog nuisance when involving a person being barked at. This undermines Oregon State law. I just notified the Governor's office about this. Apparently, some unnamed judge verbally transmitted to some unnamed employee of the Animal Control Department to not enforce the law as it pertain to dogs barking at people. NO WRITTEN RECORD TO BE FOUND! This is a travesty! Please, go ask Animal Control yourself and then notify both the Governor's office and member in the Oregon State Legislature.
