Description
Inventory Coordinator: Our client is an established and growing distributor of medical devices. Every day they work to complete their mission: to do the utmost to assist their customers in their efforts to alleviate pain and improve the quality of life for their patients. Inventory/Surgery Coordinators assist sales associates and the management team with day-to-day case coverage and the movement of implants and instruments from the warehouse to accounts and back. Job Responsibilities: • Employee’s primary responsibility will be to receive, pull and stage inventory for surgery requests accurately and within time constraints • Communicate with the coordinators & courier department clearly and timely when cases are ready to be delivered • Fulfill surgery inventory requests accurately and within time constraints • Collaborate with departments (couriers, receiving and distributors) to fulfill orders • Provide customer support by SMS, phone, or computer per the following functions: case order editing, case order prioritizing, emergency case order, mode of transportation, product identification • Maintaining inventory accuracy and organization of office shelves or areas where inventory belongs • Multi-tasking while working alone and in a team, able to prioritize tasks efficiently to complete all job duties in a timely manner • Track freight charges as necessary to ensure capture of expenses • Understand principles of stock location and arrangement of materials • Daily lifting and carrying inventory in the warehouse • Ability to write clearly and legible labels that go on totes & instrument vendor tags • Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally • Ability to use warehouse tools such as box cutter, tape gun, zip ties, carts, hand trucks, etc. Shift: M-F 7 am- 3:30 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm Compensation: $19/hr to start!
