Am looking for a guy who needs a place to live i have a small trailer to rent out $250 a month on my property must be clean looking and have a car no visitors or drinking this is just a place for you to sleep the deal is I need help around here with some yard work and roofing shingles this is for one guy not looking for anything else its a 14 ft prowler with bed stove sink and shiter better than sleeping in your car and a place to call home also use of laundry room and my shower the reason for the $250 is electric used and trash removal you will be expected to help out with work around here i don't have no storage so what you can put in the trailer is ok don't need a pile of stuff in my yard unless you put up a shelter for it 420 is ok I have a garden to grow looking for a guy around 50 to 55 ( not lgbtq ) friendly here straight and proud of it God made me that way we can deal on work for reduced rent but $100 rent will be expected for electric used if more you'll pay that just throwing it out there no crazy people I do have a guard dog pit bull that will attack if he don't know you
