Rare find. This baby cockatiel is 10 wks old and seeking a forever friend. I spent a lot of time with him hand feeding, hand taming and learned to step up. He has all the qualifications to register him as an ESA pet. He enjoys cuddling, being petted and hanging out on your shoulder. He is fully tamed and trained so wing clipping is not necessary.
