Hello fellow Arborists and those who would like to start a career in Arboriculture! My name is Josh, and I am a General Foreman with Wright Tree Service. We are a Utility tree service contracted with Xcel. We are currently in need of Groundpersons, Climber Trainees, Journeyman, and a Foreman to join our Company. We start Groundspersons at $19.78 /hr, Climbers at $22.37/hr, Journeyman at $25.36/hr, and Foreman at $28.94/hr. EXCELLENT benefits and vaca/holiday pay. It is dependable work- not dependent on private jobs, as a utility tree service there is ALWAYS work. We currently have crews working two different shifts. Some are working 4, 10 hr shifts, 7am- 5:30 pm... so you would get a 3 day weekend! We also have crews working 5, 8 hr shifts, 7am-3:30 pm, if this schedule is better for you. In the event of a storm, we restore power to the community. In these situations there are after-hour and overnight opportunities at time and a half pay, and if it falls on a holiday or Sunday, double time pay. There are times during the year that we also have time and a half pay for overtime hours- usually it is in September-end of year, but in 2022 it has opened up to be starting this month.
