This is for an independent sub contractor cleaner. You wi be required to clean the building 5 days a week Mon -Fri The building closes at 5 pm and can be cleaned after. Cleaning usually takes about 2-3 hours. The pay is $425 every 15th and 30th We require someone with experience or a strong will to be great at what they do. Duties Looking for a consistent and committed person with cleaning/custodian background. Be your own Boss! We take care of the payroll, you take care of our medical facilities. From 2-4hrs per night we are looking for consistent, detailed and dedicated personell who can cover our night shift for medical facilities cleaning. Job duties - Detailed Throughly wiping down all surface areas (countertops, mirrors, bathroom toilet seats, sinks, etc) - Trash removal - Sweep, Vaccuum, and mop all floor areas - Re-stock cleaning supplies (the company covers the stocking of cleaning equipment) Please respond with your resume or qualifications.
