DANVERS, MA — Endicott Park's landscape of pastoral views, historic farm buildings, orchards, woodlands and marshes has a new addition court of the Danvers Rotary Club.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Thursday to celebrate the large wooden structure with covered seating.
"We are excited for visitors to be able to use this new space," Danvers officials said.
Endicott Park is open 365 days a year from 9 a.m until sunset. The public is allowed to have events at the park, but park management said that due to the overwhelming interest in hosting family gatherings, cookouts, birthday parties, company outings and church outings, all organized groups, professional photographers and commercial vendors are required to request a permit.
Permits can be obtained here.
