TCC LLC looking to hire Skilled Carpenter/Construction/Handyman Technician ASAP Minimum qualifications: - Own personal vehicle, tools, and equipment - Valid state driver's license, registration, and insurance and can provide documentation - Ability to pass a background check - Experience in residential/commercial maintenance and repair - Framing and drywall experience - Basic plumbing and electrical experience - Basic HVAC experience - Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanical functions - Demonstrate excellent customer service skills - Superior oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications (Not mandatory): - 1+ years previous experience - Registered independent contractor with own liability insurance Responsibilities: - Ability to work independently and stay on task - Ability to determine when issues need to be escalated - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues appropriately - Ability to work 8+ hours on your feet - Able to lift to 50+ pounds - Safely use tools and equipment - Present a professional appearance and demeanor **HIRING FULL TIME EMPLOYEES OR TEMPORARY SUB CONTRACTORS NEEDING WORK.** TO APPLY: Must send in a resume OR breakdown of previous work experience from the past 3 years with 3 professional referrals by replying to this post via email. **Trial period will be required to ensure best fit for all.
