Lost Male Brown Chihuahua Prince and Campbell 1/31

My amazing friends were kind enough to take me in after a separation and now their male Chihuahua Sully is missing. Please help, their boys are crushed. He’s brown, not neutered, he doesn’t have a microchip I believe. This happened early morning 1/31 practically right at Prince and Campbell. I keep checking with animal control as well as Humane Society and have posted on other platforms. Please help.
