I am seeking a person to use for odd jobs semi-regularly. Why: We split our time between Pennsylvania and Jersey City. Occasionally we need things done at our New Jersey house while we are away. Example jobs: - Salting our sidewalk - Snow shoveling - Letting a service professional into the house - Resetting a breaker - Turning off water main - Charging ring cameras - Addressing small things for our tenants (e.g., changing filters) - Sweeping up leaves It's pretty easy stuff! We'll pay $20/hour for the simple things and $75 for snow shoveling. A great job for someone in the neighborhood, teens looking to make some extra cash, college students, etc...
