Looking for someone to do some routine maintenance and small repair for office building and a few small rental houses as needed. This will usually be a day or two each month. Ongoing. Very flexible on the days and times. Must have some basic to advanced skills in: • Carpentry • Painting • Plumbing • Electrical Must be strong and agile and able to lift at least 50 pounds. You must have your own basic tools. We may supply others for your use. You will use your own vehicle. Pickup truck for carrying larger items may be necessary from time to time. You must have valid driver's license. You are trustworthy and dependable. Work will be everything from moving boxes and cleaning building exteriors to basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry.
