EDUCATION-INFORMATION-NETWORKING-RENEWAL That's what it's all about! The 63rd Annual Convention of the Kentucky Auctioneers Assoc., Inc. Kentucky's only organization dedicated to the auction profession and auctioneers, the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, will meet in Louisville KY in February 2021. Thursday February 4 will feature the Auction Basics Course which is half of the 12 hours required to take the Apprentice Auctioneers License Exam. It also fulfills the 6 hours of CE for a licensee. On Friday Feb 5 the 6 hour CORE course will be offered. This meets the requirement for CORE every four years, the other 6 hours for the Apprentice License Exam Candidates, and the general 6 hours of CE required by all licensees. Saturday Feb 6 will begin with Coffee and Conversation, then the Opening Ceremonies , and move into 3 hours of CE. At the noon Awards Luncheon advertising winners, Scholarship Award , Auctioneer of the Year, Hall of Fame, and Lifetime Achievement Award winners will be recognized. Three more hours of valuable CE in the afternoon followed by Dinner, the Fun Auction, Apprentice and Female Bid Calling Contests, and Kentucky State Championship Bid Calling Contest. A jam packed day of fun and fellowship. NOTE: New this year, all registrations for the membership portion of the convention will include two meals. A Worship Service kicks off Sunday Feb 7 with Coffee and Conversation following. Three more hours of education, a meeting with the Board of Auctioneers and the Annual Business Meeting round out the 63rd edition of the KAA Annual Convention. Be There!
