Need carpenter to frame transaction window

I want to cut a hole in a wall and build a transaction window into the hole. You will have to frame it out and put a counter and window in. I have materials and I am right by Ace and Home Depot. Please tell me how soon you can start and your availability to finish the job. Please don’t just text me, “I’ll do it.” Please give me some idea that you are skilled at this type of work. Also please let me know if you have a van/truck and your own tools. I am looking to pay $20 cash per hour but if you don’t like my budget, make me your best bid. Thanks
