We have an immediate opening for a Field Project Manager. The position will be assigned to cover the Palm Coast area. The Field Manager will manage, organize and ensure job completion for installation of Exterior Doors, Interior Trim, and Stair Packages. This is for new home construction. Check us out at www.hughestrim.com Technical Requirements: Plan and coordinate crews with tasks to be performed and monitor performance A good understanding and knowledge of finish carpentry. Understand and submit data and construction documents. Ability to read and comprehend construction blue prints. Competency in general computer applications; Windows, Word, Excel, etc. Job Requirements: 2-5 years' experience as a construction foreman/superintendent preferred Good communications skills (verbal and written) Ability to work in a harsh environment, exposed to the elements, with physical activity Good organization skills Attention to detail Able to work with people from different backgrounds Excellent work ethic Proven ability to supervise, lead and develop others Must have dependable vehicle. ***Candidates must be able to pass a Background Check*** Benefits: Full-Time Position Advancement opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Benefits - after 90 day probationary period 5 Holiday Pay – after 90 days probationary period 10 Vacation Days Paid – after 90 days probationary period Sick Days Casual Office environment Eligibility for our Profit-Sharing Program after 1 year of employment Salary: $900 per week salary $200 per week allowance (fuel, tolls, expenses, etc.) $25 a week for cell phone allowance.
