Beyond confused... someone please

Okay, so I'm completely confused, and honestly pretty pi$$ed off. Can someone please explain to me why every post/ad I put on Craigslist gets flagged/removed. I've read and re-read about posting animals and it clearly states that asking for a small rehoming fee is acceptable. It also states no breeding or selling animals. I'm seriously ONLY trying to help find these dogs good, safe and loving homes. However, every time I turn around I find out that what I've posted on here has been removed. There's really nothing wrong with my posts, and I'm not trying to get rich off these dogs, but yet I keep getting flagged and my posts removed, and I've seen posts since mine were removed where people are asking for over $1,000 for dogs, or anywhere from $300 and up, I've also seen posts of people looking for a male or female to breed with their dog, etc. So please, thoroughly explain the difference to me, please. Because, so far, it's looks like only certain types of people have their posts flagged and removed. I guess some people just can't handle "competition". Which is sad as hell because if it was up to me I wouldn't be asking for rehoming fees, I'd simply check vet references, and check on the family and dog once a week to make sure everything is going good.
