Job description We have an immediate opening for a Construction Field Manager. This position will be responsible in managing the job to completion for installation of our Stair Packages. Check us out at www.hughestrim.com Technical Requirements: Plan and coordinate crews with tasks to be performed and monitor performance A good understanding and knowledge of finish carpentry Required knowledge of complete installation of stair packages to be able to pass inspection Understand and submit data and construction documents Ability to read and comprehend construction blue prints Competency in general computer applications; Windows, Word, Excel, etc. Job Requirements: 2-5 years' experience as a construction foreman/superintendent preferred Good communications skills (verbal and written) Ability to work in a harsh environment, exposed to the elements, with physical activity Good organization skills Attention to detail Able to work with people from different backgrounds Excellent work ethic Proven ability to supervise, lead and develop others Must have dependable truck. Must be able to climb stairs multiple times a day for inspections.
