Position: Project Manager Small family-owned roofing contractor is now hiring for a Project Manager. We’re looking for ambitious candidates who are well organized, dependable and self-motivated. Responsibilities & Duties: - Work closely with office personnel, roofing crews, and homeowners to ensure work is being completed in a timely manner under company quality - Communicate with crews during installs and help with material shortages and or returning extra material - Check work for quality and ensure install standards - Take photos required by county or city for all roof installs - Communicate with homeowners to explain additional wood charges & wood rot - Perform final walk-through checklist after installation completed by crews - Provide support to roofing contractor/inspectors Qualifications & Skills: - Able to lift, pull and push 50lb+ material - Must have a valid Driver’s License - Clean background check - Ability to climb ladders and be comfortable with heights - High school diploma or GED is required - Excellent written & verbal communication skills - Works well independently - Bilingual a plus but not required Please send your resume to be considered for this position.
