Licensed General Contractor Company is Seeking Experienced Service Technician. We offer Competitive Pay, 401K, Health Ins, Pd Holidays, Company Vehicles and Uniform. RESPONSIBILITIES: Estimate and Perform Customers Wide Variety of Needs in Areas of Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and General Handyman Services. SEEKING: 1-2 Experienced General Handyman Technicians with 7+ years of experience ($18 - $24 /hour) 1-2 Technicians Skilled in Carpentry, Framing, Door Installation, and Fascia Repair with 7+ years of experience ($20 - $24/hour) 1-2 Experienced Sales Technicians in Major Home Construction, Decks, Kitchen and Bath Remodels with 7+ years of experience ($22-$25/hour) 1-2 Apprentices with some hands-on experience, knowledge around construction tools and safety. Must have great desire to learn and work hard and be very diligent at picking up construction operations. Must have some tools but truck/van not necessary. ($17-$19/hour) REQUIREMENTS: Clean Driving Record Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills Must be Reliable, Punctual and be able to Manage Time Efficiently Must be Self-Motivated with Integrity & Exceptional Work Ethic Must be able to Accurately Rate Your Own Proficiency Levels in areas of Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry etc. Must have own Tools- preferred own Van or Truck but not mandatory
