GT Foundations seeks a multi-skilled laborer for a range of duties to work with our existing crew on ongoing projects. Skills required: carpentry, drywall, concrete work, foundation repairs, etc. This is on a contractor 1099 hourly basis. Must be well-rounded with experience in many areas. · Knowledge of rough and finish carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, framing, waterproofing, concrete, paver, and finishing experience. · Understands and is proficient in safely operating carpentry power tools and equipment to complete scope of work. · General knowledge of reading blueprints, building plans, shop drawings, and other specifications preferred. · Must have own tools. · Flexibility to work different shifts. · Punctuality is a must. · Reliable transportation to work site.
