Janitor / Landscaping groundskeeper needed (Missouri City) Compensation: $18/hour Employment type: Contract Looking for Janitor / Groundskeeper for an office building. The tasks will be sweeping & mopping the floors, taking out the trash, cleaning the break room and bathrooms, wiping down surfaces, disinfecting doorknobs and light switches, and other commonly touched surfaces. Picking up trash on the campus grounds Emptying trash bins outside of the building Cleans floors and rooms. This includes dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals. Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners. Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies. Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas. Monthly landscaping, running the lawn mower, trimming bushes, cutting grass. Performs additional duties as needed. We provide cleaning materials.
