Hiring a weekend Custodian for cleaning of the building and grounds, as well as set up and break down for events, and other related duties. Candidates must be fully vaccinated and be able to pass a background check. Duties include, but are not limited to manual labor and performing routine housekeeping duties Clean collect and remove rubbish and trash to the dumpster Perform routine cleaning services such as mop, sweep, dust, vacuum, polish glass and stainless steel, in location such as hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, kitchen, corridors, elevator, stairways,and offices. Set-up and tear down furniture, tents, easels, signs, receptacles and other event related materials, for various functions Dismantling, placement and storing of equipment including, but not limited, to tables, chairs and podiums, and assists in managing inventory Respond to emergency requests to clean up accidents, overflowing toilets, spills, etc Participate in snow and ice removal and treatment if needed Must be able to speak basic English language and follow directions as instructed Must have knowledge of using cleaning equipment, chemicals, processes and waste removal Custodial experience preferred but not required. Customer Services skills is essential Must be punctual, ability to work flexible hours, to include weekends and holidays, as dictated by the business Must be able to work under all types of weather conditions Must be able to lift and/or push objects up to 60lbs Must be able to wear a 10-pound back pack for vacuuming Must be able to climb ladders up to 10ft Job Type: Part-time/weekends Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Saturday 8 AM - 1 PM Sunday 8 AM - 2 PM Evening dates offered as needed
