need car mechanic that Knows ELECTRICAL for 1 time fix

i have 08 Hyundai sante fe and yr ago the cig liter stopped working then internal lights, now i have that annoying sound of emergency brake being "on" constantly when its not engaged.,my kids dont know how i tolerate that. if i went to Hyundai cost fortune. but wanted to know if anyone who is Very versed with automotive electrical, (not just guy changed his own oil once) but someone that can ID and fix issue. I have played around with fuses taking some out..(but cant find the one for that damn brake being on noise despite trial and error) 3 times oddly the little circular light that surrounds where key goes in stayed on overnight and killed battery.. i mean, thats wierd?.. i tried covering up where that chime comes from didnt help.. if any car mechanics wont one time gig on side we can make it contingency thing. meaning if you can ID and fix issue, you give me quote..
