Maintenance for a Condominium Complex. Experience required but willing to train in some areas. Basic tools will be provided by the Association. Full time Mon thru Fri 7:30 a.m to 3:30 p.m. Must have some knowledge of A/C, basic plumbing, electrical, painting, power washing and carpentry. Must have reliable transportation and pass background check. Compensation based on experience.
