Aerotech is currently looking for a Gutter Install Technician. This is a full-time, year-round position. Pay is commission based with the potential to earn up to 20% commission on all work completed! We are also offering a $1000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment! (You only qualify if you have experience in gutter and roofing business and can run your own crew) Job Type: Full-time, Commission (20% per truck) Pay: Up to $2000 per week 401K is available after 6 months Full Health Insurance is available after 90 days Paid leave after completing probationary period - MUST have a clean driving record with a VALID/CURRENT driver’s license - MUST have a POSITIVE attitude and be a team player - MUST have excellent customer service skills - Siding, Window & Door Installation experience is a BIG plus+ Job Description The Gutter Install / Repair Technician is responsible for: Completing gutter repairs, installations and in some cases cleanings for our customers, ensuring that all work meets company quality standards. Managing and training the subordinates that work with them. Providing your own basic tools, we provide everything else needed to complete the jobs. Our technicians drive our company vehicles and are provided a daily route list. Your work ethic and your ability to provide an outstanding, professional, and complete service for our customers is extremely important.
