My mom and dad bought this Dalmatian because my dad wanted a loving dog. They bought him from a breeder in North Carolina. They were not able to care for him so I ended up with him. My husband hates him because he is a handful. It is our fault because our life is not active enough for him. He needs to be with an athlete or runner because Dalmatian require lots of attention. I give him lots of love attention but that does not get his energy out. I want him to go to a good home because I love this dog so so much and I want to keep him but I don’t think it is fair to him he needs a very active new owner. There is a rehoming fee to make sure he gets the right home. We will have to meet and I will require him to meet and feel comfortable with his new owner. His name is Jack his birthday is 1-5-21. We have come to learn that he needs to be an only child (he has been getting aggressive with our 3 year old lab and a friend gave us a husky puppy and he is very aggressive towards the puppy) he has not bit anyone yet but he has lunged and made a lot of growling noises. I love him very much and don’t want to give him up but he deserves a happy home. He is currently healing from a snow injury. He slipped on the ice and hit his toenail off. So he is limping as well. He has not been neutered yet and needs to get a rabies shot. Otherwise up to date on shots. I have given him all his shots.
