We’re looking for a Production Manager to support the TASTY RIBBON Fulfillment Team, based in Brooklyn @IndustryCity. Role Responsibilities  Organize the production flow to meet the deadlines of Corporate Orders (upload gift recipients on Shopify, do prep work, create and print bulk shipping labels, etc.)  Assign tasks and priorities to each member of the fulfillment team  Monitor and ensure detailed quality control on all gift boxes and shipments to ensure that each order is fulfilled following the high-quality standards of the company  Set productivity goals for the fulfillment team  Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality  Answer to the phone to manage inbound requests and tackle any customer issues  Assist the fulfillment team with prep work year-round to ensure a smooth production process, including (but not limited to) building shippers, cleaning stations, labeling shelves, etc.  Periodically count the inventory to ensure timely products sourcing  Coordinate with the Product, Marketing, and Sales team and provide constant updates on production / fulfillment  Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery (and tackle any issues that may arise) and provide updates to customers where relevant  Provide training for new hires Job Requirements  1-3 Years of experience as a production manager in a consumer product company  College Degree. A PMP certification (or any other project management certifications) would be a plus  Knowledge of the Shopify platform  Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)  Excellent punctuality, attendance, and reliability  Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy  Great communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities  Proactive and team-focused approach to all work  Ability to stand for extended periods (7-8 hrs)  Must be able to lift and/or move objects 10-30 lbs. Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 40 lbs  Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Some knowledge of Italian would be a plus.  You are based in New York City/Brooklyn and can travel to the office in Industry City.
