Country Club Facilities Maintenance Assistant

Our private club is searching for assistant facilities maintenance laborers to help our director of facilities maintenance with addressing maintenance needs inside and outside of our main clubhouse as well as our pool facility. Some Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Assist with the performance of facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment, carpentry, special projects, and other related areas • Experience with general maintenance is required. • Must be able to multi-task and complete tasks/projects in an efficient and timely manner • Must be able to work any day of the week based upon club needs and activity. • Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment and meet all physical demands of the job such as lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces. Candidates must be vaccinated and able to pass a drug screen. Please be prepared to complete a criminal background check as well. Candidates must be able to legally work in the United States.
