We are an established roofing and siding company, with an office in Shrewsbury Ma, looking for roofing and siding Repair Technicians. *You will be given a vehicle, a gas card, phone, and safety equipment. *Hand tools, roofing, and vinyl siding experience are required for this positions. *This is a full time positions, 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday year round. *Day starts when you leave your driveway in the morning. *Benefits include PTO, Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, & 401k. *Paid Government Holiday's Major Responsibilities for Repair Tech. • Completes work orders on open jobs and repairs in older communities in a high quality manner, on a timely basis, works safely, cleans up the site effectively, and maximizes Customer satisfaction. • Ensures that service/repair jobs are completed as scheduled, and informs field supervisor if appointments are missed and/or to be rescheduled. • Spends his day productively and informs his supervisor when he needs more work or has more than he can handle currently. • Informs supervisor of materials and subcontractor problems related to a job, and recommends subcontractor charge-backs, when appropriate. • Completes paperwork completely, accurately, and timely.
