My dad has recently been diagnosed with congestive heart failure, its only working at 15%, along with leaking valves. He's unable to work do to his heart and other physical health problems. Insurance is no help at this point. Im not asking for a hand out. If anyone has a oxygen concentrator they want to get rid of for a good price please let me know ASAP. It would be very well appreciated and mean so much to my sister and I.
