Requirements: Must have own tools. Must have transportation. Must have extensive mobile home experience. Must have proactive attitude. Common Repairs: 1. Holes and soft spots in subfloor 2. Moderate plumbing repairs under home and in bathroom sinks and shower 3. Leaks in ceiling and skylight 4. Minor electrical 5. Install carpet or linoleum flooring 6. Junk removal 7. Painting 8.
