She will discuss Estate Planning and who you should appoint to serve in important fiduciary roles. She will explain the role of a trustee, help you choose the right agent, inform you about Florida's requirements when nominating a Personal Representative, and discuss important considerations when choosing a guardian. Nina Guiglotto is a Family Service Counselor and Cemetery Estate Planner. She will focus on the importance of planning in advance. She will help you see if all your ducks are in a row. Nina will discuss the different plans and options available from cremation to traditional funeral services. Nina will also explain what a police rotation call is, and how you can avoid being on that list. Judge Andrea K. Totten is a Flagler County Court Judge where she hears civil and probate cases. She will explain the Probate court process and the different avenues for estate administration including the difference between a Summary Administration and Formal Probate Administration.
