Hello!
Looking for a reliable FLOOR CLEANER to work in a small residential nursing care facility. Must be able to take direction, friendly with staff, and have a strong work ethic. You may be asked to do additional work as needed like minor janitorial work.
You must be able to prove you are FULLY VACCINATED AND BOOSTED.
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
1. Sweeping floors, rooms, and common areas with a broom and dust mop.
2. Mopping floors, rooms, and common areas. Changing water and floor cleaner frequently too.
3. Proper use of wet floor signs, floor fans, and other safety precautions available.
4. Helping staff as needed in moderation with minor tasks.
5. Vacuuming rugs in common area.
6. Not assisting residents and being able to communication with RNs and staff if a resident needs help.
7. Filling out a daily log of your cleaning routine so that ALL rooms and ALL floors and ALL common areas are cleaned at least once.
8. Hours are strictly 7am - 3pm with one 30 minute unpaid lunch break at or before 12pm.
9. You may take other paid rests as needed as long as you stay in the building.
10. Communicate when supplies are getting low or equipment is getting damaged.
Before any work commences, you will need to complete a background check as well as standard employment forms.
Pay is $15 per hour with a raise after 3 months of solid work performance.
No additional benefits.
